North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our established team in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area. Pediatric services include a twelve-bed inpatient unit, eight operating suits with the ability to open two more, forty-bed NICU with 24/7 neonatology in-house coverage, ten exam rooms, and more. We provide anesthesia services to three acute care hospitals on the same campus, Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis, Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children's Hospital. Total Rewards Salary: $600K

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine Fellowship Trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology ECFMG and FLEX Completion of approved residency in anesthesia Currently licensed as a physician
