Job Description We are seeking self‑motivated, energetic, detail‑oriented, highly organized, tech‑savvy Registered Nurses to join our Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management team. This is a work‑from‑home position with travel to meet clients, providers and employers primarily around Monroe, MI & Toledo, OH, up to approximately 75 miles. The case manager will coordinate and facilitate medical treatment of workers’ comp clients, document all activities and support return‑to‑work processes. Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate medical treatment of workers’ compensation clients in various stages of recovery. Travel to meet clients, providers and employers; maintain regular communication to facilitate return to work. Conduct assessments, identify medical and vocational barriers, and develop strategies to overcome barriers. Attend appointments with clients and providers to review medical status and discuss treatment plans. Compare recommended treatment plans with clinical protocols and collaborate with providers to resolve differences. Maintain detailed documentation, including case analysis of job requirements, and provide summary reports within 24 hours to referral sources. Complete catastrophic referral training within the first year and manage occasional catastrophic referrals after regular business hours. Use technology (iPhone, laptop, Microsoft Office) for timely, concise communication and record‑keeping. Qualifications/Experience 3+ years clinical practice experience. 3+ years case management experience with workers’ compensation, disability, and auto liability preferred. If no case management experience, 5 years of Home Health Care and/or Hospice care. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Knowledge of laws and regulations governing delivery of rehabilitation services. Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently from a safe and secure home environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and corporate software applications. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) required. Preferred credentials: CCM, CDMS, COHN, COHN‑S, CRRN.
