About the Role

Like to stay busy, work with your hands, and get things done? If you enjoy working with tools, fixing things, and taking pride in a clean, well-maintained space, you'll fit right in on our Facilities Team.

As a Store Facilities Team Member, you'll help keep Fleet Farm's store, equipment, and property clean, safe, and running smoothly . From basic repairs and equipment checks to keeping our parking lot, car wash, and public areas looking their best, there's always something to tackle.

What You'll Do

• Maintain equipment: Inspect and perform basic repairs on forklifts, floor scrubbers, generators, and other equipment.
• Submit work orders: Request outside help when repairs are beyond basic maintenance.
• Maintain parking lots: Remove snow and ice, salt or sand, and make basic repairs.
• Maintain car wash: Complete inspections, refill supplies, and keep equipment working properly.
• Maintain the building: Take care of lights, signs, grass, weeds, carts, and general facility upkeep.
• Clean facilities: Clean floors, windows, restrooms, vents, furniture, vending machines, and ice machines.
• Help customers: Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Job Requirements and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance functions preferred.
