Administrative AssistantAdministrative Assistant at The Learning Experience will assist with the marketing, financial and operational performance of the school. They have an ability to apply their business acumen to customer engagement and leading people, ultimately creating an environment where others can thrive.Role ResponsibilitiesBUSINESS OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE LEADERSHIP Assist in the following:Driving financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the centerEnsures teachers are supportedManaging center inventory- office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.Managing all vendor relationships- organizes facilities maintenance and technology supportCUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT Assist in the following:Executing marketing brand campaigns within the center and implements local marketing activitiesEffectively using social media channels for parent engagement and retentionNurturing leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment.Leading tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customersHas a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the communityMaintaining the lead tracking portal and customer databaseCoordinating the registration process while maintaining customer information in center systemsFamilies CommunicationsQualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales settingAbility to use data to understand the business and make decisionsTeam orientation and great communication skillsBachelor's degree preferredCompensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourThe Learning ExperienceAt The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
